It has an Honduras mahogany neck, a 660mm scale ebony fingerboard with a 52mm bone nut and a rosewood bridge with a bone saddle.
The body is bound in mahogany with top and side purflings. It has an amboyna burl rosette and is fitted with peghed™ geared tuning pegs. This guitar is finished in a clear lacquer without the use of dyes or stains.
The plantilla is taken from a 1931 Santos Hernandez guitar and the fan bracing pattern is in the general style of Manuel Reyes.
